CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS

We require a minimum of three years experience working in private households, luxury hotels, exclusive high-end services,

or an extensive background in hospitality or fine dining restaurants. 

 

We also consider all candidates who have completed specialized training in the field of exclusive services,

Butler and House management and luxury hotel management.

CAREER SELECTION PROCESS

1. Send in a resume with back up documents.

Your profile is very important for our clients's selection and your job opportunity.

Our clients are top profiles people hence our selection process is selectively and carefully done. 

2. Attend  the 1st Interview 

The appointment will be arranged with you after receiving your resume.

For 3rd language speaker, please provide international proof of language proficiency.  

3. Attend  the 2nd Interview 

Upon client's approval, the 2nd interview with clients will be arranged.

4. Contract signing 

After the final agreement, work contract will be signed. 

 

Applicants are required to submit relevant documents prior to signing the contract.

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All relevant documents must be submitted prior to signing the contract.

• Curriculum Vitae/Resume

• Handwritten cover letter specific to the position 

• Recent photo in work attire (no more than 3 months prior) 

• Reference letters from at least two previous employers

(both specific to the position and to the client’s personal requirements)

• Contact details for three previous employers

(name, address, telephone number and email address, or contact of individual/agency in charge of previous placement) 

• Work certificates of three previous placements

• Qualifications and training certificates 

• For chefs: six photos of their starters, main courses and desserts

• Proof of identity

• Proof of address 

• Criminal record checks

• Up-to-date driving license 

• Pilot or skipper license if applicable 

• Work permit for non-nationals citizen

• Pledge of discretion and confidentiality signed by candidate(s)

• NB. In cases of caretaker couple or domestic couple positions these documents are required from both candidates
