Process of Selection
1. Send in a resume with back up documents.
We would like to know more about you. We believe every person brings something to the table, we would still keep your profile for other possible job opportunities.
2. Interview invitation for selected applicants
This can be virtually conducted in some cases.
We value real living people who come with personalities, voices and we’d like to hear that.
3. Attend 4 days course to course completion (2 weekends)
It’s not just a training course, but forming the right qualifications with your coach and team
to achieve the goal together.
4. Performance assessment upon completion of course
We’d like to know ‘Where you are’ and what is the right development plan we’d advise for you further.
Applicants are required to pass an initial interview to qualify for the Training course.
